Privacy Policy
NSA Cleaning LLC ("NSA Cleaning", "we", "us") runs this website to help people in Watervliet, Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs and the rest of the Capital Region get in touch about cleaning services. This page explains, in plain English, what information the site collects, why we collect it, who helps us process it and what choices you have. 1. What we collect
You can browse this website without telling us anything. The only places that ask you for information are the chat window and the quote form on our contact page. The chat opens when you click a "Get a Free Quote" button or the chat bubble in the corner of the page. Both are run by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the software our office uses to handle new requests.
Neither one runs on our server. What you type goes from your browser straight to GoHighLevel, and it is stored in our account there. We read it to prepare your quote and get back to you. What GoHighLevel does with the data on its side is covered by its own privacy policy.
They ask for details like these:

The exact fields can change when we adjust the chat or the form. GoHighLevel collects and stores all of it. It may also record technical details of its own, such as your IP address and the time you sent the message, to run the chat and screen out bots. We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive information to give you a quote.
2. How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your request and, if you hire us, to provide the cleaning, power washing, painting or carpet cleaning service you asked for. That includes calling or emailing you back, scheduling a walk-through, preparing your quote and service contract, and keeping a record of the job.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it or share it with marketers.
Text messages (SMS)
The chat window and the quote form each have a consent checkbox for text messages. It is optional and not a condition of getting a quote or hiring us. If you check it, we may text the number you gave us about your request, scheduling and occasional offers from NSA Cleaning LLC. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call (407) 728-0523.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver the messages for us.
3. Who helps us process it
We are a small local company, so a few service providers handle the technical side of the website. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job.
- Chat and text messages. The chat is hosted and run by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which also sends our text messages. Your request goes to GoHighLevel and is stored in our account there, where our office reads it and replies to you. GoHighLevel handles that data under its own privacy policy. The chat loads its own code on our pages, so it can set its own cookies or store data in your browser, and any spam protection on it is theirs, not ours.
- Hosting. The website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short-lived server logs that can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running. The details you type into the chat do not pass through this server.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4, only if you accept the cookie banner. See the next section.
Beyond these providers, we only disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our team or property, or with your permission.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site works without cookies. The first time you visit, a small banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing analytics-related loads until you choose "Accept". The chat bubble loads on every page, and it can store data of its own.

Changing your mind
Click Cookie settings in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load and no _ga cookies are set. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time. If you would rather not use the chat at all, call or email us and we will take your request that way.
Google may process analytics data on servers outside New York and the United States. You can read how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. How long we keep it
- Quote requests stay in our GoHighLevel account, and in any email or notes that follow, as a record of the request and of any job that comes from it. We keep them as ordinary business records, for as long as we need them for scheduling, billing, insurance and tax purposes. GoHighLevel stores them for us and follows its own policy for the copies on its systems.
- Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a short period under its own retention policy.
- Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics under the retention setting we choose in that tool.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct something that is wrong, such as a phone number or address;
- delete your quote request, including the record in our GoHighLevel account and any related emails, unless we need to keep it for an active job, a dispute, insurance or a legal requirement.
Email Nsacleaningllc@gmail.com from the address you gave us, or call (407) 728‑0523. We will confirm your identity in a simple way, for example by replying to the same email address, and respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge for these requests.
7. Children
This website is meant for adults arranging cleaning services for their home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us a quote request, email us and we will delete it.
8. Links to other sites
Some pages link to our Facebook page and to other websites we do not control. Once you leave nsacleaningllc.com, this policy no longer applies. Facebook and any other site you visit have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
The chat is a similar case even though it opens on our page. It is hosted by GoHighLevel, and what you send through it is handled under GoHighLevel's privacy policy as well as this one.
9. New York residents
We are based in Watervliet, NY and serve customers across the Capital Region and north to Lake George. New York law applies to how we handle your information. If you have a concern we could not resolve, you can contact the New York State Attorney General's Bureau of Internet and Technology. We would rather hear from you first, though, and will do our best to sort things out directly.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change the tools this website uses, for example a different chat provider or analytics setup, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. We will not use your information in a materially different way without telling you.
